Contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the reason for contacting us and your message.

Technical information. Your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and cookies needed to keep you logged in and the Website working.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • Account data is kept while your account is active.
  • When you delete your account, it is permanently deleted after 7 days. We remove your personal details; your posts and comments remain on the Website but are shown as 'Deleted user'. To prevent re-registration, we keep a one-way encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your email address, which cannot be used to recover your email. A Google account linked to a deleted account cannot be used to create a new account.
  • Contact form messages are kept for up to 12 months.
  • Some data may be kept longer if the law requires it.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you can:

  • ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or update your data;
  • ask us to delete your account and personal data;

  • raise a complaint with our Grievance Officer (see below).

9. Security
